Southwind Bed and Breakfast Hall Cabin

Named after The Hall’s, this cabin is a cozy “writer’s cabin”, nestled back in the tall trees near the main house, complete with pine walls and ceiling, along with hardwood floors. This completely wooden cabin was constructed on site to serve as living quarters for one of the past owner’s parents. Sitting on the swing of the small front porch, it’s easy to imagine early settlers of Texas’ Austin County hearing the same wind whistle through the trees as it did so many years ago. Here, enjoy the wood burning stove that heats the main living room, along with a full kitchen and great views of the pastures. Old country quilts decorate the quaint peaceful bedroom you will enjoy as you retreat for the evening.
